Acometida y Selecci\u00f3n del Tablero Principal<\/h2>\n\n<ul>\n  <li><strong>Acometida Principal:<\/strong> La elecci\u00f3n entre una acometida monof\u00e1sica trifilar (120\/240V) o trif\u00e1sica (208V\/120V o 380V\/220V) depender\u00e1 del c\u00e1lculo total de la demanda estimada (climatizaci\u00f3n HVAC, bombas de agua, cocinas de inducci\u00f3n o estaciones de carga para veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos EV). Se recomienda canalizaci\u00f3n subterr\u00e1nea en tuber\u00eda de PVC pesado (Schedule 40) o HDPE de 2&#8243; de di\u00e1metro para proteger el conductor contra vibraciones e intemperie.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Ubicaci\u00f3n del Tablero:<\/strong> Debe situarse en un \u00e1rea accesible, limpia, seca e iluminada, ubicada idealmente en el <em>centro de carga<\/em> de la edificaci\u00f3n para minimizar las longitudes finales de circuito y reducir la ca\u00edda de tensi\u00f3n (la cual no debe superar el 3%).<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Tipo de Tablero y Espacio de Reserva:<\/strong> Seleccione tableros empotrados con montaje sobre <strong>Riel DIN<\/strong>. Es indispensable contar con un <strong>25% a 30% de espacio de reserva libre<\/strong> en el tablero para alojar protectores de sobretensi\u00f3n (DPS Clase II), contactores de potencia y m\u00f3dulos de control automatizado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<!-- NOTA DESTACADA \/ CALLOUT -->\n<div style=\"background-color: #1e293b; border-left: 5px solid #f59e0b; padding: 15px 20px; margin: 20px 0; border-radius: 4px; color: #f8fafc;\">\n  <strong style=\"color: #fbbf24; font-size: 1.1em;\">\u26a0\ufe0f Regla de Oro para Dom\u00f3tica: Obligatoriedad del Cable Neutro<\/strong>\n  <p style=\"margin-top: 8px; margin-bottom: 0; color: #e2e8f0;\">En todas las cajas de apagadores\/interruptores de la vivienda se debe llevar obligatoriamente el <strong>conductor neutro (AWG 14\/12)<\/strong>. La mayor\u00eda de los interruptores inteligentes (Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Z-Wave) requieren alimentaci\u00f3n continua para operar sus circuitos electr\u00f3nicos. Canalizaciones, Cajetines y Tipo de Construcci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n<p>El sistema constructivo de la edificaci\u00f3n condiciona el tipo de canalizaci\u00f3n y el grado de protecci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica exigido:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n  <li><strong>Mamposter\u00eda y Concreto Armado:<\/strong> Utilice tuber\u00eda de <strong>PVC Conduit R\u00edgido \/ Schedule 40<\/strong> empotrada antes del vaciado o en regatas de pared. Evite curvas cerradas usando codos prefabricados de gran radio.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Drywall y Construcci\u00f3n Liviana:<\/strong> Canalice con <strong>Tuber\u00eda Met\u00e1lica EMT<\/strong> o tuber\u00eda corrugada flexible autoextinguible. La tuber\u00eda EMT es ideal en tabiquer\u00eda de cart\u00f3n-yeso porque protege los cables ante perforaciones accidentales con tornillos.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Cajetines Profundos (Deep Backboxes):<\/strong> Sustituya los cajetines est\u00e1ndar de 35 mm por modelos con una <strong>profundidad m\u00ednima de 50 mm a 60 mm (4&#8243;x2&#8243; o 4&#8243;x4&#8243;)<\/strong>.
